Refund Policy
Subscription Refunds
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. If you cancel within the first 7 days of your subscription and have not sent any letters through our mail service, you may request a full refund. After 7 days or after using mail services, subscriptions are non-refundable but you can cancel anytime to prevent future charges.
Mailed Letters
Once a letter has been submitted for mailing, the charge is final and non-refundable. This is because we immediately process and send physical mail through our postal service partner. Letters cannot be recalled once they enter the mail system.
Delivery Issues
If a letter is returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address you provided, no refund is available. However, if a letter fails to be delivered due to our error or a mail carrier issue, we will either resend the letter at no charge or provide a full refund for that letter.
Service Issues
If you experience technical problems with our service that prevent you from using features you've paid for, please contact us. We'll work to resolve the issue promptly, and if we cannot, we'll provide a prorated refund.
How to request a refund: Email support@fixmycredit99.com with your account email and reason for the refund request. We aim to respond within 1-2 business days.
Common Pricing Questions
Can I cancel my Pro subscription anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period, and you won't be charged again.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The prices shown are the complete prices. Subscription fees are billed monthly, and mail delivery fees are charged per letter at the time of sending. There are no setup fees, hidden charges, or long-term commitments.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) through our secure payment processor, Stripe. All transactions are encrypted and PCI-compliant.
Why is certified mail more expensive?
Certified mail includes USPS tracking and a signed delivery receipt. This provides legal proof that the credit bureau or creditor received your dispute, which can be valuable if you need to escalate your case or take legal action.
